Working with Takeover Studio on a very short deadline, we built a custom media relations site for the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival based on Takeover’s designs. The site allows accredited members of the media to access password-protected resources about core TIFF programming.
This project epitomized our core approaches to Technical Execution. We used mitigated assumptions, and built to the known spec while the design was being finalized. We made as much of the site as possible be configuration driven, reducing the coding impact from last minute changes to the requirements.
While there’s room for new features to be added, we believe this is a site that will serve the Film Festival team for not just this season but also for the events and festivals to come.
